How do I meet my Chauffeur at Melbourne Airport?
If you are arriving from an International flight, after clearing the customs, you should turn right. The chauffeur meeting point is located next to the Optus store. If you are arriving from a Domestic flight, the chauffeur meeting point is located at the bottom of the escalators in the arrivals hall. Your chauffeur will be waiting there with a warm smile and your name on a signboard.
Do your Chauffeurs pick up from a private residential address?
Yes, we can pick up from all residential and business locations in Melbourne and surrounding areas.
Are Chauffeur Car vehicles licensed?
All our vehicles including Sedans, SUV’s, People Movers and Sprinters are licensed, registered, have comprehensive vehicle insurance, public liability and are accredited by Commercial Passenger Vehicles Victoria.
Are your chauffeurs professionals?
Yes, all our chauffeurs are professionally accredited drivers with DC accreditation.
Will my chauffeur assist with my luggage?
Yes. Your chauffeur will always offer and be happy to help you carry your luggage.
Can I book on the same day as I travel?
Yes, same day travel is possible, however we recommend you to book in advance to ensure we have suitable vehicles available for you and make proper preparations for your trip.
What happens if the flight is delayed?
All flight arrival times will be checked with the airline. Our chauffeur will wait for you at the chauffeur meeting point.
What are your operating hours?
Our Chauffeur transfer services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week round the year. Whenever you need us, we are there for you!
What happens if my flight is cancelled?
Please let us know as soon as you are aware of the cancellation, contact us and reschedule your pickup time.
Does my transfer include baby & booster seats?
Yes, child seating is available with us. Our Chauffeur car services can supply both baby seats and booster seats. Please let us know your requirements.
Is Your Fleet Modern?
We only have the latest model vehicles in our range of fleet.
How long does a Melbourne Airport Transfer to Melbourne CBD take?
Depending on the traffic conditions and the time of day when you are travelling to Melbourne CBD, it is usually around 20 to 30 minutes.
Do you provide Airport transfers from Avalon Airport?
Yes, we do provide our transfer services from Avalon Airport.
What is your position on cancellation?
All cancellation should be notified to us by e-mail 24 hours before landing if you had booked an airport pick up. If the pick-up is in Melbourne, then 4 hours prior to the pickup time is requested.
For booking of more than one day hire, you should give us 3 days notice of cancellation or the deposit will be kept.
Can I change/cancel my booking?
Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can make changes to the booking or cancel the Chauffeur booking for you.
Is the hire charge per person?
No, the hire charge is per vehicle per ride.
Can I pay via credit /debit card or bank transfer?
Yes, we accept all type of credit/debit card and bank transfer/cabcharge.
Can I get a receipt?
Yes, our Chauffeurs print receipts and send them for your records at the time of transaction.
Is pricing fixed?
Yes, our prices are fixed. When you receive a quoted price for your transfer, please confirm us your acceptance by return email and you will receive a booking confirmation. Our quoted prices are final based on your transfers and there are no hidden charges.
